Just a short post to let you know (did I mention that my old oven died?) that I now have a working oven:
Old oven bit the dust,
We’ve been missing homemade bread,
Casseroles, desserts.
My “new” oven’s here!
Rick traveled south last night;
Found it on Craig’s list.
I haven’t actually baked anything yet. Today the girls and I had mega-errands to run in town. Once we returned home we piled EVERYONE in the van (including three of the grown children and one friend) and went out to eat. A lovely time was had by all. We especially delighted in the gorgeous sunset we viewed this evening on the way home.
