Chocolate No Bake Cookies

1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips

3 cups crushed graham crackers (about 48 squares)

½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla

Confectioners’ sugar

In a microwave bowl, combine milk and chocolate chips. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 1 to 2 minutes, or until chips are melted; stir until smooth. Stir in vanilla, graham crackers and walnuts. Shape into a 17-inch log; roll in sugar. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Unwrap and cut into ¼-inch slices. Makes about 5 ½ dozen.

These cookies taste like a lighter version of fudge. They melt in your mouth. Yum!

Yum! I love those. Perhaps something good to make for after-morning-service snack! Darren signed me up for two week from now…I guess the time had to come! Perhaps I could make some kind of bar cookie too.

Don’t forget Rice Crispie Treats. I served those today, too, at coffee time after the morning service. All the kids were SO pleased. 🙂
