Grampa Taron Shows His Grandson a Thing or Two About Model Shipbuilding

Last summer Grampa Taron introduced Seth to the wonders of model shipbuilding. Grampa is a pro, not only at building the delicate models, but also at refurbishing real boats. He has rebuilt tugboats, canoes, catamarans, dinghies, and rowboats (that I have heard about), and built a miniature tugboat from beginning to end.

Grampa was excited to find that his 10-year old grandson was interested in how to do that model shipbuilding. Maybe this summer Grampa will give Seth some more lessons.

That’s Daddy peeking in.

This is just the beginning of the model, but Seth was excited he had a hand in it.

Thanks to Gramma Taron for the fun pictures. 😀 We’ll have to take a picture of the finished model when we come to visit, so I can post that, too.
