We sure are a game-playing family!
And if I didn’t live in the area this blog post would make me particularly home-sick. πŸ™‚

  2. Charades is a big favorite here! We love card games, too. I think it’s time to pull out some more games; they are so great to play!
    XOXOXO

Great games. I would also recommend Settlers of Catan, and anything by Cranium.

For the Wii I would also suggest Mario vs Sonic Olympics.

My family plays tons of games as well..

I love Phase 10, I haven’t played it in ages though. I cannot wait until my girls are older so we can play together.

Thank you, everybody, for your comments.

We are always on the look out for new games, so thanks, Randilin, for the suggestions. πŸ™‚

Jeanine, it’s hard for me decide which I enjoy more: Phase 10 or Skip Bo. Phase 10 is good if you have more time to play.

Cool! Good list! Darren and I own a bunch of games but are usually both too tired to play when we’re both at home…maybe someday!

I remember loving playing Memory as a kid–even though I ALWAYS lost. I hope I can get Deeder into that when he’s older πŸ™‚

What a great list…although I’ve never heard of Phase 10. From what you all say, I’ll have to go and look it up! We’re a game loving family too- we have a weekly ‘games night with pizza’ in fact, and if we have to miss it for some reason there’s trouble in the house!

I wish we played more card games though…might have to take a dig back into the past a bit and see if I can remember any of them!

Apples to Apples is a lot of fun with company as well. It is a great conversation starter. πŸ™‚
